Your joking right? All this is is an image that was taken from google and animated, which is pretty easy, and its graphics are bad, because he probably just expanded it using paint or something.

It's not even the right size and the animation laggs like hell, might be just me but I don't think so (6GB ram and 50mbits internet should be sufficient to view a animated banner appropiately)
Quality is bad like previously commented.
Next time use bannedstory for the cygnus images (why cygnus anyways, It's v83 with loads of other clas skills)
make a little contest for it and I am sure people will participate
